Dragonfly Optimal Fitness is for any one looking to maximize their health and fitness. A strong commitment to assessment of individual strengths and needs and the  development of programs to optimize them is the basic tenet that underlies all of the program offerings.

Debra has been a fitness instructor since her first Pilates certification in 2005.  She has certified with 4 nationally recognized Pilates Training programs and holds a Masters Certification from the Pilates Center of Boulder.   She is also a 500 hour Certified Yoga Instructor.  

In addition to Pilates and Yoga, Debra has developed cross-training programs for marathon runners, equestrians, golfers, tennis players, ice skaters, dancers and cyclists.  She is a certified Running Coach and Senior Fitness Specialist.
