Health Coaching

Working with a health coach promotes self discovery and awareness of patterns, habits and tendencies that prevent us from achieving our healthiest self.

 

The health coaching journey begins by examining long term health goals and then outlines steps towards them.   Beginning with the macro view, micro steps and action plans are designed to address obstacles and challenges.  The support and accountability of a health coach is invaluable in taking steps towards achieving optimal wellness.

Debra is a Master Certified Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.  She is a board certified Health and Wellness Coach by NBHWC, the national certifying agency. She is also certified with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and completed an intensive course in Hormone Health with IIN.  She meets with health coaching clients weekly via Zoom or in person.   Initial programs of 10 weekly sessions are recommended to introduce lasting lifestyle changes.
